What are your fees?

Our standard fee is $15 per notarization.

For mobile notary services, travel fees range from $1 to $3 per mile based on total distance and time, calculated from Oak View, CA. (Travel costs may be reduced or waived for multiple notarizations.)

We accept Cash, Zelle, Mastercard, and Visa for your convenience.

What ID do you accept?

We accept any valid, government-issued photo ID that confirms your identity. The ID must be current, include your photo and signature, and the name must match the name on the document you are signing.

Acceptable forms of identification include:

  • State-issued driver’s license or ID card (must be current and have a photo)

  • U.S. passport (must be current and have a photo)

  • U.S. military ID (must be current and have a photo)

  • Other government-issued IDs, such as a U.S. passport card, permanent resident card (green card), or a foreign passport

Important notes:

  • The name on your ID must exactly match the name on your document.

  • All IDs must be current and unexpired to be accepted.
